Autism Assessment
Screening and diagnostic assessments for neuro-diversity and autism spectrum disorders

It is estimated that 1 in 100 people in the UK has an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). However, children and young people often experience long delays in waiting times from referral to accessing a diagnostic assessment and in many areas adults are unable to access an ASD diagnosis service at all.
Our Autism Assessment clinics provides private screening assessments as well as comprehensive diagnostic assessments and reports for children, young people and adults suspected of having an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) without being placed on a waiting list. The aim of the service is to improve access, support and interventions from healthcare services and the experience of care for those with autism.
Each autism assessment undertaken is led by a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist who works in line with NICE guidelines for ASDs and has undertaken additional ‘gold standard’ specialist training to differentiate ASDs from potential mental health concerns and ensure a correct diagnosis is made.
